Open your private account →A two-hour in-person assessment at a selected GTA venue gives Armaan observed evidence to review. Your child receives an evaluation report and a 30-day strength, conditioning and food-routine plan shaped around their soccer goals and usual week.
Follow the interactive tracker with exercise demonstrations and simple food check-ins. At week two, review what fits and adjust the next 14 days with Armaan. At month end, look at the evidence together and choose the next month’s support.
YOUR MONTH, MADE MANAGEABLE
One calm place for the day’s movement, food routines and recovery. Keep familiar habits. Make small, useful adjustments. See what was recorded without turning a missed day into a penalty.
This is an illustrative preview, not a personal training plan. A personal plan needs the intake and qualified review.
CUSTOM MEANS YOUR CHILD. NOT JUST THEIR NAME.
THE HUMAN PART MATTERS
The player brings the ambition. The family brings the real-world context. The coach reviews the evidence and helps choose the next manageable step.
Read youth activity guidance from Caring for Kids ↗Armaan reviews the intake, the player’s usual week and the assessment evidence before a plan is released. The coach’s report card, the family’s daily check-ins and additional notes keep their own place. A review every two weeks helps decide what to keep, simplify or adjust for the next 14 days.
The service includes links chosen for your child’s plan, with a parent cue for each activity and set. Before a real plan is released, the human reviewer must check the assigned links for playback and suitability. If a video changes or stops working, pause that activity and ask P MODE for a replacement.
Family-friendly meal and hydration guidance supports growing athletes. Meals are flexible; the tracker records a routine, not calories or how much a child eats. Rest days belong in the plan. Supervise as appropriate, stop for pain, and seek qualified medical advice for injuries or health concerns.
SEE THE ROUTINE. FOLLOW THE DECISIONS.
Two illustrative journeys.
Daily life, not a perfect streak.
Illustrative case studies. These are fictional pilot journeys that demonstrate the experience. They are not real client results, testimonials or a forecast for your child.
Follow three months: the usual school-and-club week, a question about receiving the ball, coach review and repeat observations.
See how a busy family keeps club training in place, discusses a shorter session and uses the assessment to choose month two.

Help your child work toward their soccer goals with a clear picture of where they are—and a manageable next step.
At month end, discuss what your child recorded and choose how to build their next 30 days.
After the first completed month, choose a longer path at the level of coaching agreed with Armaan. Progress is reviewed along the way; the goal is a routine your family can keep.
The fully online video-review offer is not accepting uploads or bookings in this pilot. Youth footage needs a separate consent, recording-rights and retention process before this route opens.
How youth video privacy works →No child video is requested or sent for automated analysis. Private coaching video is not automatically prohibited by Ontario law; appropriate consent and safeguards still apply. The first step is the same. Share your child’s soccer goals and usual week in the private intake. Choose a free introduction or skip to the starting recommendation, then agree the assessment route with Armaan. A coach reviews the evidence before the personal plan opens for use.
*Prices use the $ symbol; currency, taxes, venues and final terms must be confirmed before paid launch. No payments or long-term contracts are activated in this local pilot. Coaching is designed to support development; particular changes in speed, strength, selection or performance are not guaranteed.
YOUR P MODE COACH · ARMAAN WASTI
Armaan grew up in Ontario soccer, played in OPDL and for Rexdale, then spent three years training with professional clubs’ youth teams in Spain.
P MODE brings that perspective to private coaching: understand the player, work with the family’s actual routine and use observations to guide the next step.
Meet Armaan. Read the full story ↗For a minor, the parent or guardian remains the main contact. Questions: pmodesports@gmail.com.
The intake, a coach’s report card and additional notes inform the plan. Family check-ins record what happened.
Use a virtual check-in to review comfort, routine and the player’s observations before adjusting the next 14 days.
Your family shares the context with permission. New youth-video uploads remain paused; use the in-person route while that separate process is prepared.
Armaan reviews the evidence. A video, a check-in or an AI draft does not establish a diagnosis, age-equivalent score or guaranteed improvement.
Private files belong in the authorized account flow. Avoid faces, school identifiers and unrelated people where possible; never send health records or footage through a public link.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
P MODE is designed around youth soccer ages 8–18, with initial marketing focused on players aged 10–16 and their parents. Younger and older players need age-appropriate review. Age alone does not determine readiness or prescribe a training load.
No. Neighborhood games, school soccer and a growing love of the ball are all welcome. Whether your child wants more confidence, movement skills, fitness or a steady routine, the plan starts from their experience. Any existing club training is accounted for too.
Look first for a routine the player can follow: showing up, learning controlled movement, noticing energy and recovery, and explaining what feels manageable. Review those observations each week. Faster sprint times, muscle gain, selection or professional success cannot be guaranteed in 30 days.
For a minor, the parent or guardian is the main contact and should remain involved. Older players can contribute their goals and observations with appropriate oversight. This pilot does not offer private coach-to-child messaging. Contact P MODE at pmodesports@gmail.com.
The onboarding asks about safe space, equipment, available time and supervision. The coach uses that information to create a realistic home plan.
Your account calendar automatically saves each check-in and note to your private account. Wait for “All changes saved” before closing or signing out, then return on another day or device. Earlier days remain editable while the month is open. A completed month becomes saved history. Downloaded copies are separate; save a fresh copy after editing one.
Authorized coach access and your family’s saved check-ins provide a shared picture. Use the two-week coaching conversation to discuss what feels manageable and what needs adjusting. You can also download a report for your records. Contact pmodesports@gmail.com with questions.
Share those needs through the private parent intake. Any concerns needing clearance or specialist input must be reviewed before a plan is released. This is coaching and fitness education, not medical care.
Complete the intake first, then review the recommended next step and any optional call with Armaan. Price, currency, inclusions and final terms are confirmed before payment. An unpaid intake is not permission to use a child’s information for advertising.
