ARMAAN WASTI · THE P MODE STORY

I started in
Ontario, too.

Before Spain, there were school days, weekend travel and the Ontario youth soccer system. That part of the story matters.

P MODE starts with the player’s real life.
Because that is where development happens.

  1. 01 · THE ONTARIO STARTTwo years in OPDL

Armaan played in Ontario’s youth system for two years before being scouted.

  2. 02 · SHOWING UP, WEEK AFTER WEEKRexdale & the travel team

He played for Rexdale on a travel team, travelling to the United States on weekends during school to showcase his talent.

  3. 03 · A DIFFERENT TRAINING ENVIRONMENTThree years in Spain

Training with professional clubs’ youth teams brought sustained exposure to an academy environment.

THE WHOLE JOURNEY, NOT ONE HIGHLIGHT

Dreams are big.
The daily work is personal.

Going to Spain was a chapter, not the beginning. Armaan grew up navigating Ontario soccer, balancing school with the travel and repetition that development demanded. Those ordinary parts of the journey are why P MODE pays attention to the week around the player—not only the hour on the field.

Three years training in Spain added another perspective: how an academy environment brings training, preparation and routine together. P MODE takes that experience as inspiration for a more manageable question at home: what is the next useful step for this player, in this week?

The answer should fit their experience, their goals and their family. It should be clear enough to follow, flexible enough to keep, and open to review when the evidence changes.

Armaan’s playing and training background informs P MODE’s coaching perspective. It does not promise professional selection, copy another academy’s program or establish clinical or dietetic credentials. Individual exercise readiness and specialist needs still require appropriate qualified review.

01 / START WHERE THEY ARE

Real life first.

School, training, meals, recovery and family time shape the plan. The aim is a small, useful change the player can keep doing.

02 / MAKE THE NEXT STEP CLEAR

Show the “how.”

Visual guidance, clear cues and a simple daily check-in help the player and supporting adult know what to do and what to record.

03 / LEARN FROM THE EVIDENCE

Review with care.

A coach’s observations and the family’s feedback serve different purposes. Both matter when deciding what to keep, simplify or adjust.

A FEW QUESTIONS BEHIND THE PLAN

A clear relationship.
A realistic promise.

Who will be in contact with P MODE?

For a minor, the parent or guardian is the main contact and remains involved. Players should have a voice in their goals and daily feedback, with suitable oversight. The current pilot does not offer private coach-to-child messaging. Questions can go to pmodesports@gmail.com.

What should a player notice after 30 days?

Thirty days gives you a period to learn and observe a routine. Look for consistent check-ins, more familiar movement, manageable sessions, and a clearer conversation about energy, recovery and confidence. Record a starting point, review each week and compare it with the month’s evidence. A particular gain in speed, strength, muscle or selection is not guaranteed.

How do assessment and ongoing coaching fit together?

The first $400 in-person cycle includes a two-hour assessment, a personalized evaluation report and a 30-day strength, conditioning and food-routine plan with an interactive daily tracker. A week-two virtual review helps guide the next 14 days; at month end, review the evidence and choose your next support. From month two, choose a $200 plan-only renewal using existing assessment evidence and current feedback, or $400 for physical reassessment, an updated report and a new plan. A $350 fully online video-review path is also available, including a $350 monthly renewal when fresh video evidence is useful. An extra in-person session is $175.

After the first completed month, a four-month path uses the standard monthly rate. Six-month commitments save 15%; twelve-month commitments save 20%, paid monthly. Currency, taxes, inclusions and final terms are confirmed before paid launch. This local pilot takes no payment and activates no renewal or contract. See the current paths and full price breakdown.

What happens to an intake if the family does not pay?

Intake permission is for the requested coaching and planning purpose. It is not permission to sell a child’s information or use it for advertising. An adult can separately join an offer waitlist for follow-up. P MODE should ask before using identifiable stories, photos or feedback in marketing.

How private is the program?

The account workspace limits access to authorized people. Private account access cannot prevent someone from taking a screenshot or sharing a downloaded copy. Program terms and clear expectations help set boundaries; a trademark is not a technical copy-protection system. Never share private information about a player or family without appropriate permission.

Who is the service focused on today?

P MODE is focused on Armaan’s private soccer coaching clients aged 8–18 and their families. Club-wide products are deferred so the individual assessment, plan and ongoing coaching experience can be developed first.
